About the image:
A simple set-up of white linen, natural light, and a few white pieces of china - the remnants of afternoon tea that remained days after the coconut pie had been eaten and the teacups had been returned to the safety of their keepsake box. I loved the simplicity of the whites and the light and shadow and couldn't resist documenting this scene.
I played with watercolor techniques in photoshop to enhance the image give it a painterly effect.
